摘 要:通过搭建基于移动应用的油田安全自动化控制模型,介绍了WCF远程通信、设计模式、阿里云服务、研华ADAM-6017模拟量输入输出模块、索福达可燃气体变送器等技术应用和设备使用方法,其中包含了该模型的核心算法以及代码。自动化监控系统基于联合站现有安全监控识别设备,采用物联网和云服务技术,整合管理多类型气体监控设备和场站控制器,完成包括数据采集、信息识别、网络传输、自动化控制的功能,将报警信息通过生产数据网络传输至云服务,同时分发消息至场站监控室和用户移动客户端,通知用户险情信息,触发警报并控制单位门禁系统联动。By establishing a model of automation control of oilfield safety based on mobile application,the technologies for the application of WCF remote communication,design mode,Ali Cloud service,Advantech ADAM-6017 analog quantity input and output module and Softa combustible gas transmitter and the methods for application of equipment were introduced,which included the kernel algorithm and code of the model.The automation monitoring system was based on the available safety monitoring and recognition equipment in the combination station,the Internet of Things and cloud service technique of cloud service are used for integrated management of multi-type gas control equipment and controllers from each station,by which the functions such as data acquisition,information identification,network transmission and automation control are implemented,the alarming information is transferred to the cloud service through production data network,at the same time,the data are transferred to each station and to the terminal of mobile users and to notify the danger information to the users,initiate the alarm unit and control the linkage of entrance guard system of the company concerned.
