光固化复合树脂应用于45例牙体缺损修复的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的评估光固化复合树脂应用于45例牙体缺损修复的临床效果。方法方便筛选该院2013年6月—2014年4月接收的牙体缺损修复患者45例(98颗患牙)作为研究对象,以不同修复方法对45例牙体缺损修复病例展开分组:实验组(n=23例,展开光固化复合树脂修复),参照组(n=22例,展开嵌体修复),同时观察、比对两组牙体缺损患者修复成功率。结果以不同方法修复治疗后,对两组患者进行1~2年的追踪随访,研究结果发现,实验组23例:20例(86.96%)修复成功,3例(13.04%)修复失败;参照组22例:16例(72.73%)修复成功,6例(27.27%)修复失败,组间对照差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对牙体缺损修复患者开展各项修复工作时,建议选择光固化复合树脂进行修复,此种修复方式可大大提升患者修复治疗成功率的同时,修复方法也较为简单及美观,临床效果较显著。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of light-cured composite in 45 cases with tooth defect restoration.Methods 45 cases of patients with tooth defect restoration（ 98 disease teeth） in our hospital from June 2013 to April 2014 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to different restoration methods, the experimental group with 23 cases adopted the light-cured composite restoration, while the control group with 22 cases adopted the inlay restoration, and the restoration success rate of patients with tooth defect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the two groups were followed up for 1 year and 2 year, and the research results showed that of the 23 cases in the experimental group, the restoration of 20 cases was successful, accounting for 86.96% and the restoration of 3 cases was failure, accounting for 13.04%, and of the 22 cases in the control group, the restoration of 16 cases was successful, accounting for 72.73% and the restoration of 6 cases was failure, accounting for 27.27%, and the differences between groups were obvious（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The light-cured composite restoration is suggested to select in conducting various restoration work of patients in clinic, which can greatly improve the restoration and treatment success rate, and the restoration method is simple and beautiful with obvious clinical effect.
