女性压力性尿失禁采用经闭孔无张力尿道中段悬吊术治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)采用经闭孔无张力尿道中段悬吊术(TVT-0)治疗的效果。方法方便选择2015年4月—2016年4月该院收治的女性SUI患者52例,对其采取TVT-0手术治疗。观察该组手术时间、术中出血量、临床疗效、术后并发症情况,以及术前与术后6个月时残余尿量与最大尿流速的变化。结果 (1)该组手术时间为(24.5±5.2)min、术中出血量为(24.2±3.0)mL;(2)治疗的总有效率为96.15%;(3)术后并发症发生率为3.85%;(4)该组术后6个月时残余尿量(28.5±20.3)mL、最大尿流速(24.3±12.2)mL/s,均低于术前(33.5±20.5)mL、(27.5±14.2)mL/s,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TVT-0治疗女性SUI疗效显著,适于临床推广。Objective To study the effect of tension free vaginal tape obturator technique in treatment of stress incontinence in female. Methods 52 cases of female SUI patients admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were conveniently selected and were treated with TVT-0 surgery, and the operation time, intraoperative bleeding amount,clinical curative effect, postoperative complication situation and changes of residual urine volume and maximum urine flow rate before operation and in 6 months after operation were observed. Results The operation time and intraoperative bleeding amount in this group were respectively（24.5±5.2）min and（24.2±3.0）mL, the total effective rate was 96.15%, the incidence rate of postoperative complications was 3.85%, and the residual urine volume and maximum urine flow rate in 6 months after operation were lower than those before operation [（28.5±20.3）mL,（24.3±12.2）mL/s vs（33.5±20.5）mL,（27.5±14.2）mL/s],and the differences were statistically significant by comparison（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of TVT-0 in treatment of SUI in female is obvious, which is suitable for clinical promotion.
