原发性高血压应用厄贝沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平治疗的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析原发性高压应用厄贝沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取该院2013年9月—2016年9月期间收治的原发性高血压患者60例,根据随机数字表法将患者进行随机分组,对照组和观察组各30例。照组给予厄贝沙坦,观察组给予厄贝沙坦联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平,患者治疗1个月。结果观察组的总有效率为93.3%高于对照组的总有效率70.0%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前观察组和对照组患者的收缩压和舒张压进行比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组和对照组患者收缩压和舒张压均明显下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的舒张压(80.3±5.8)mm Hg和收缩压(120.7±8.1)mm Hg下降程度明显高于对照组患者血压指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应率明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合而被沙坦治疗原发性高血压安全有效值得在临床应用。Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of irbesartan and levaml odipine besylate tablets in treatment of primary hypertension. Methods 60 cases of patients with primary hypertension admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2013 to September 2016 were random selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the control group were given the irbesartan, while the observation group were given the irbesartan and levaml odipine besylate tablets, and the patients were treated for one month. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（93.3% vs 70.0%）, and the difference was obvious（P〈0.05）, before treatment, the differences in the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）, after treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups obviously decreased, and the differences were statistically significant compared with those before treatment（P〈0.05）, and the decrease degree of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure was obviously higher than that in the control group, which was respectively（80.3 ±5.8）mm Hg and（120.7±8.1）mm Hg, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The irbesartan and levaml odipine besylate tablets in treatment of primary hypertension is safe and effective,which is worth clinical application.
