坎地沙坦和美托洛尔对老年心衰患者血浆内皮素和脑钠肽及心功能的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年心衰患者用药坎地沙坦、美托洛尔后,心功能、血浆内皮素(ET)以及脑钠肽(BNP)指标改善情况。方法方便选取2014年7月—2016年2月期间该院门诊收治的86例心衰老年患者,采用双盲法随机将患者分为常规组(用药美托洛尔)、治疗组(加用坎地沙坦),每组人数均为43例,评估疾病治疗效果,观察治疗前后血浆ET、BNP水平变化,检测患者心功能。结果治疗组症状改善有效率为95.3%,常规组为83.7%,常规组较治疗组疗效差(P<0.05);用药后治疗组BNP、ET水平依次为(241.6±74.8)pg/mL、(65.8±15.4)ng/L,明显低于常规组(324.7±53.8)pg/mL、(74.3±16.8)ng/L,治疗组改善效果好(P<0.05)。结论临床对于心衰患者,使用美托洛尔、坎地沙坦联合,能有效改善病症、促进心功能恢复。Objective To observe the improvement situation of cardiac function, ET and BNP of senile patients with heart failure after taking the candesartan and metoprolol. Methods Convenient selection 86 cases of senile patients with heart failure admitted and treated in the outpatient department from July 2014 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each, the routine group were treated with metoprolol, the treatment group were treated with candesartan, and the disease treatment effect was evaluated, and the plasma ET and BNP levels changes were observed, and the cardiac function of patients was tested. Results The effective rate of symptom improvement in the treatment group and in the routine group was respectively 95.3% and 83.7%, and the curative effect in the routine group was worse than that in the treatment group（P〈0.05）, after medication, the BNP and ET levels in the treatment group were obviously lower than those in the routine group [（241.6±74.8）pg/mL,（65.8±15.4）ng/L vs（324.7±53.8）pg/mL,（74.3±16.8）ng/L], and the improvement effect in the treatment group was better（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Candesartan and metoprolol can effectively improve the diseases and promote the recovery of cardiac function for patients with heart failure in clinic.
