摘　　要：相对于中国的大气和水污染防治,土壤污染防治工作基础更显薄弱,土壤环境总体状况堪忧,部分地区污染较为严重,这直接影响到国计民生,已成为全面建成小康社会的突出短板之一。保护好土壤环境是推进生态文明建设和维护国家生态安全的重要内容,要以五大理念为统领,加大自然生态系统和环境保护力度,做好土壤修复和土地治理,在资本市场的帮助和引导下,按照国家《土壤污染防治行动计划》,通过不懈努力,构建具有中国特色的土壤污染防治体系。Relative to China for the control of air pollution and water pollution,soil pollution prevention and control work foundation weak,the overall situation is grim,and the soil environment in parts of the pollution is more serious,directly affect the national economy and people＇s livelihood,has become the comprehensive construction well-off society of one of the outstanding short board.Protecting the soil environment is promoting the construction of ecological civilization and the important content of national ecological security,to the five ideas for,intensifying protection of natural ecosystem and environment,soil restoration and land management,with the help and guidance of the capital market,according to the national action plan for prevention and cure of soil pollution,through unremitting efforts,to build soil pollution prevention and control system with Chinese characteristics.
