摘 要:本文通过挤出成型法,成功制备了管式固体氧化物烘焙电池阳极支撑体,并以YSZ为电解质,LSM为阴极组装成电池测试其电化学性能。为了改善阳极的结构,在阳极粉料分别中添加了三种造孔剂:石墨、玉米粉和淀粉,并进行了单电池的组装及电池性能测试。SEM分析和电化学测试结果都表明,与玉米粉和淀粉相比,石墨为造孔剂效果更好。另外,为了进一步优化阳极的性能,本文在以石墨为造孔剂时,同时在阳极中添加了相当于5%mol Ni的Fe离子。SEM结果显示Fe离子的加入能够减少阳极的烧结,优化阳极结构。随后的电化学性能测试亦表明,随着Fe离子的加入,单电池的性能从241m W·cm^(-2)提高到了400m W·cm^(-2)。而由于Fe的电阻大于Ni,电池的欧姆阻抗与未添加Fe离子时相比有了一定的提高。Long tubular NiO-YSZ anode supports were successfully fabricated by extrusion method. The single cell was then assem-bled with YSZ as electrolyte and LSM as cathode. Graphite,corn-powder and starch were added in to the anode as pore former,re-spectively. SEM results showed that graphite was more suitable for anode pore former than starch and corn-powder. For improving the cell performance, Fe(5% molNi) was added into the anode powder with graphite as pore former before extrusion. SEM results showed the coking was decreased in anode structure with addition of Fe. Electrochemical performance of the single cell varied from 241 mW · cm 2 to 400 mW · cm 2 after Fe added. AC impedance test results showed that the ohmic impedance was enhanced, which could mainly due to the conductivity of Fe is poorer than Ni.
