摘 要:首先以二氰二胺和叠氮化钠合成5-氨基四唑,再以尿素和5-氨基四唑合成四唑脲。对于合成四唑脲的反应,进行了单因素实验。在单因素实验的基础上,再进行响应面实验,以四唑脲的产率为响应值,对其合成从物料配比(摩尔比)、反应温度、反应时间三个因素设计实验,得出其最佳合成条件为:5-氨基四唑与尿素的物料配比(摩尔比)为1∶0.42、反应温度63℃、反应时间6h。在此条件下,产率为49.0%。对产物进行了植物生长调节活性测试,结果表明,该化合物在浓度为50mg·L^(-1)时对玉米根和茎的生长有良好的促进作用。5-Aminotetrazole was synthesized from dicyandiamide and sodium azide,and then tetrazole urea was synthesized with 5- aminotetrazole and urea. By single factor experiments, the influence factors were investigated for the synthesis of urea. On the basis of single factor experiments, the response surface experiments were carried out. According to the response of the yield of tetrazole u- rea,the experiments were designed from material ratio (molar ratio),reaction temperature and reaction time. The optimal synthesis conditions as follows : the ratio of 5 -aminotetrazole and urea was 1 to 0. 42, the reaction temperature was 63 degree centigrade, the re-action time was 6 hours. Under these conditions, the yield reached 49. 0%. The results of plant growth regulating activity test showed that the compound had a good promoting effect on the growth of maize root and stem under the concentration of 50mg · L -1.
