摘 要:采用盐酸及乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)、六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)、二乙烯三胺五乙酸(DTPA)对溶解浆进行酸处理,分析pH值、时间,以及基于优化盐酸处理工艺研究的螯合剂种类、用量,对溶解浆Fock反应性能、得率、灰分、白度及聚合度的影响;探讨酸处理前后溶解浆的孔隙结构、比表面积、纤维形态及相对分子质量分布的变化.结果表明,在处理温度为50℃时,酸处理的最佳工艺条件为:pH值3.0,处理时间45 min,DTPA用量3.0%.在此工艺条件下,Fock反应性能由67.23%提高至74.12%,得到更为蓬松的物理结构.纤维表面在纵向出现分裂或裂开现象,增加了更多的额外接触面积.酸处理使纤维素相对分子质量下降,多分散指数(PDI)由5.22下降至4.91,聚合度分布更加均匀.Acid treatment, including HCl and disodium edetate dihydrate(EDTA), sodium hexametaphosphate(SHMP), diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid(DTPA), was applied to bamboo dissolving pulp. The effects of pH, processing time and chelating agent dosage on reactivity were investigated by analyzing the Fock reactivity, yield, ash content, brightness and degree of polymerization of the pulp. Pulp quality was further characterized in terms of specific surface area, pore structure, fiber morphology and molecular weight distribution(MWD)by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and gel permeation chromatography(GPC). The results showed that the optimum condition were to add 3.0% DTPA at the pH of 3.0, and cook for 45 min at 50 ℃, under which condition Fock reactivity increased from 67.23% to 74.12%. Meanwhile, fiber demonstrated a fluffier physical structure, with longitudinal split and fibrillation, which increased overall contact area. Cellulose molecular weight decreased and polydispersity index(PDI)decreased from 5.22 to 4.91, indicating more uniformed distribution of polymerization degree.
