摘  要:目的观察白藜芦醇对双侧侧脑室注射链脲佐菌素大鼠脑内能量代谢的影响。方法 50只雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分成假手术组、模型组、白藜芦醇10、20、30mg·kg^(-1)组。两侧侧脑室注射链脲佐菌素(3mg·kg^(-1))制备阿尔茨海默病大鼠模型,造模前1周开始灌胃给药,连续2周。造模1个月后,HPLC法测定各组大鼠脑组织ATP和ADP含量。结果模型组ATP含量下降、ADP含量升高,与假手术组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);与模型组相比,白藜芦醇给药使ATP含量升高,ADP含量降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论白藜芦醇对链脲佐菌素大鼠脑组织能量代谢有一定的恢复作用。Objective To observe the effect of resveratrol on energy metabolism in the brain of rat via lateral ventricular injection of streptozotocin.Methods Fifty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham operated group,model group,resveratrol 10,20,30mg·kg^-1 groups.The model of Alzheimer's disease was induced by bilateral intracerebroventricular injection of streptozotocin.One week before the model was established,rats were intragastically administrated with drugs for two consecutive weeks.One month later,the content of APT and ADP in the rat brain was detected by HPLC method.Results Compared to the sham operated group,the concentrations of ATP and ADP in brain of rats in model group were reduced and elevated respectively(P〈0.05).Compared with model group,the ATP content increased,while the content of ADP reduced in brain of rats in resveratrol groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion Resveratrol has certain effect on recovery of energy metabolism in the streptozotocin rat brain.
