益气复脉注射液辅助治疗肥厚型梗阻性心肌病的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨益气复脉注射液对肥厚型梗阻性心肌病长期疗效及预后的影响。方法收集2008年5月—2016年5月解放军251医院肥厚型梗阻性心肌病患者124例,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组62例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上联合益气复脉注射液治疗,分别于治疗前、治疗后1周、1、3、6、12、24个月观察2组患者的长期疗效及预后差异。结果治疗24个月后,研究组患者复发率为13.9%、总有效率为83.87%,对照组患者复发率33.7%、总有效率32.26%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声心电图结果显示,对照组患者治疗前、后相关指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。研究组患者治疗后较治疗前收缩期二尖辩前叶前向运动分级、左室流出道压力流速、二尖瓣舒张期A峰、E峰、左室等容舒张时间、左室舒张高峰充盈率、左室舒张高峰充盈时间等水平有明显变化,与对照组患者治疗后水平比较有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论益气复脉注射液可改善肥厚型梗阻性心肌病的心舒张功能和减低流出道梗阻,对预后和临床疗效均有显著改善,长期疗效可靠。Objective To investigate the long-term effect and prognosis of Yiqifumai injection in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy.Methods 124 patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy who were treated in our hospital between May 2008 and May 2016 were randomly and equally divided into study group and control group.The study group was given conventional treatment combined withYiqifumaiinjection therapy,while the control group was given routine treatment.The difference in the long-term curative effect and prognosis were compared between the two groups before treatment and one week,one month,six months,one year and two years after treatment.Results Two years after treatment,the recurrence rate of the study group was 13.9%,much lower than that in the control group（33.7%）;the total effective rate was 83.87%,higher than that in the control group（32.26%）.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The results showed that there was no significant change in related indexes in the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.However,there were significant changes in SAM grade,LVOT velocity,diastolic mitral A peak,E peak,IVRT,LVDPFR and LVDPFT level in the study group after treatment.There was significant improvement compared with the control group.Conclusion Yiqifumaiinjection can improve diastolic function of heart in the patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy and reduce outflow obstruction.The long-term curative effect is reliable,so this injection is worthy of popularization.
