摘  要:针对有心感应炉启熔过程中现有并联电源最小输出功率过大的缺点,采用感应调压器实现两相工频电压及输出功率的连续调节,并通过开关回路与感应器连接,成功地实现了有心炉的可靠启熔,同时该电源可作为并联电源故障时的应急电源。In view of the rain-power output of existing parallel power supply is overloaded in the course of starting-up for the channel induction furnace, adopting an induction voltage regulator may perform continuous power output adjustment for a two-phase power frequency voltage, and make it connect to the sensor through a switch circuit, which can realize a reliable starting-up for furnace successfully. The adjusted power supply can also be used as emergency power supply during a parallel power supply failure.
