摘  要:利用热水解氧化法及络合剂协同氧化法对含油污泥进行了无害化处理。大幅降低了污泥的含水率及重金属含量。探讨了热水解氧化法,常温常压络合剂法以及络合剂协同热水解氧化法对含油污泥中的重金属去除效果,考察了处理后污泥符合作为燃料相关指标,为污泥的再利用,提出一个新的思路。Thermal hydrolysis oxidation process and the combination process of complexing agent and thermal hydrolysis oxidation were used to carry out harmless treatment of oily sludge; the moisture content and heavy metal content of the sludge were reduced greatly. The removal effect of heavy metal in the sludge by respectively using thermal hydrolysis oxidation method, atmospheric pressure complexing agent method and the combination process of complexing agent and thermal hydrolysis oxidation was discussed. The experimental results show that treated sludge can meet related indicators as fuel, and a new opinion for the sludge recycling has been presented.
