摘 要:随着我国原油开采三次采油技术的普及,开采的副产物油泥的处理难度增加,如不能及时开发新型洗涤药剂,油泥不能得到有效处理,不仅对环境造成严重的危害,而且还会浪费石油资源。本文针对辽河油田的含油污泥采用了热水洗涤分离法,筛选和开发了适用于辽河污泥的洗涤剂,确定了实验最佳工艺条件。并通过多次实验确定了复配洗涤剂各组分的最佳配比,从而达到最佳的洗涤效果。使处理后的油泥满足了回收利用和环保的要求。With popularity of the tertiary oil extraction technology in China, the processing of by-product sludge is more difficult. If new cleaning agents are not timely developed, the sludge will be not effectively treated, which can cause serious harm to the environment, and waste oil resources. In this paper, aiming at the hot water washing separation method for treating oil-bearing sludge of Liaohe oilfield, suitable washing agents were screened and developed. The optimum technological conditions were determined through experiments. The optimum proportion of compound washing agent was also determined, so as to achieve the best washing effect. The results show that the sludge treated by the compound washing agent can meet the requirements of recycling and environmental protection.
