摘  要:当前南蒸馏装置加工量约7 500 t/d,加热炉负荷为设计负荷的52%。在当前处理量下,油品在炉管内流速低,若炉温控制不当,炉管存在结焦风险。为解决以上问题,本文核算了加热炉的结焦倾向等相关参数,为加热炉平稳运行提供指导。At present,the processing capacity of the south distillation unit is about 7,500 tons/day,and the heating furnace load is 52% of the designed load. Under the current processing capacity,the oil flow rate is low in the furnace tubes. If the furnace temperature is improperly controlled,the furnace tubes have the risk of coking. In order to solve the above problems,the coking tendency of the heating furnace and other related parameters were investigated,which could provide a guide for the smooth operation of the furnace.
