摘  要:贾第虫和隐孢子虫(简称"两虫")是两种严重危害水质安全的病原性原生动物。目前,针对水中"两虫"的检测与灭活方法的研究还处于起步阶段,仍需大量的实验研究。本文综述了"两虫"的特性及危害,重点阐述了以EPA 1623法、免疫学技术、体外细胞感染和反转录-聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)为代表的检测方法,以氯气、二氧化氯、紫外、超声和紫外发光二极管为代表的灭活方法,同时对未来"两虫"的检测及灭活方法发展进行了展望。Giardia and cryptosporidiosis are two specie pathogenic protozoan, which endanger the safety of the water quality seriously. At present, study on the methods for detection and inactivation of giardia and cryptosporidiosis are still in its infancy. In this paper, characteristics and hazards of giardia and cryptosporidium were introduced; detection methods such as EPA 1623, immunological technique, infection cell and RT-PCR were discussed as well as inactivation methods such as C12, CIO2, ultraviolet, ultrasonic and UV-LED. At the 'same time, the development trend of detection and inactivation methods of 'giardia and cryptosporidiosis was prospected.
