摘  要:目的为规范开展健康教育服务提供有针对性的帮助。方法在基本公共卫生服务均等化视角下,基于《全民健康素养促进行动规划(2014-2020年)》和《国家基本公共卫生服务规范(2011版)》的要求,分析基层医疗卫生机构健康教育工作存在的问题并提出建议。结果开展服务前未进行辖区居民需求调查和评估;提供服务时存在的实际操作问题;活动记录和资料的归档保存不规范。结论健全基层健康教育工作服务网络,建立稳定的工作队伍;开展基层医疗机构健康教育工作人员专业培训工作,提升专业人员健康教育工作素质;开展辖区居民健康教育知识和技能的需求评估,根据评估结果制订可操作性和可实施性的年度健康教育工作计划;规范收集整理活动记录和资料,并归档保存。Objective To provide targeted helps for regulate the health education services. Methods Under the perspective of equal basic public health services, according to the request of The Program of Civil Healthy Cultivated Manners ( 2014- 2020) and National Basic Public Health Service Standard of 2011, the problems of healthily educate of grass-roots medical and health organization were analyzed Suggestions were put forward. Results Survey and assessment about residents demands weren' t carried out before the services. There were practical operation problems in providing the service. Active records and data files were not standard. Conclusion Basic health the educating service network should be built up a stable work troops;health education member profession training should be developed to promote healthily educate work character of professional personnel;It is necessary to develop magistracy the residents healthily educate the need valuation of knowledge and technical ability and draw up maneuverability according to the analyzing result and can carry out sexual of year health educating plan;The norm collections tidies up movable record and data,and return back to file conservancy.
