摘　　要：随着我国生态文明建设的深入发展和"两型社会"建设的迫切要求,我国对人居环境的打造提出了更高的要求。文章在绿色人居和人居环境概念的基础上提出绿色人居环境这一概念,对其核心价值理念提出的背景进行深入解读,并建立以绿色人居环境为主体,以政府、企业、居民、社团为客体的绿色人居环境四轮驱动体系,为绿色人居环境的发展提供基础和方向。With the further development of ecological civilization construction and the urgent needs of central China Two-oriented society construction,the higher requirements are put forward to build the green human living environment. The article proposed the green human living environment based on the concept of green human settlements and human settlement. The article interpreted the background of the key value concept and constructed the four-wheel drive system which contained government,enterprise,resident and community. It provide the basis and direction of the development of green human living environment.
