摘　　要：介绍了，螺栓装配过程中扭矩法原理、拧紧过程中各量的变化、拧紧扭矩组成及预紧力的影响。阐述了拧紧扭矩及预紧力的计算方法，提高了螺栓装配的可靠性，促进了整车轻量化。This paper introduces the principle of bolt torque method in the assembly process, the amount of change in the process of tightening effect, tightening torque composition and pretightening force. It expounds the calculation method of tightening torque and preload, using the calculation method to improve the reliability of the bolt assembly, promote the whole ear lightweight.
