摘　　要：为适应沥青拌合站外掺剂投料过程中存在的质量管理和成本控制需求,设计并实现了智能投料机远程监控系统.该系统通过中国移动现有的GRPS/GSM对智能投料机进行远程监控,具有数据采集与传输、数据监测、分析、统计和管理及报警处理等综合功能,实现了智能投料机实时监控、用户管理、报警、数据统计与分析.系统在山西省吉河高速公路投入使用,解决了智能投料机现场环境恶劣、监控难等问题,达到了对智能投料机远程监控的目标,有效的保证沥青混凝土的生产质量.In order to meet the quality management of quality and cost control in the Asphalt mixing plant admixture feeding process, we design remote monitoring system of intelligent batch feeder. Through the existing GRPS/GSM of China Mobile, the system monitors the feeder remotely with the comprehensive functions of data acquisition and transmission, data monitoring, analysis, statistics, management, and alarm handling, achieving real-time monitoring,user management intelligent feeding machine, user management alarm, and data statistics and analysis. The system is uses in the Ji River Highway, Shanxi province, to solve the bad environment of intelligent feeding machine, difficult issues such as monitoring, achieving the goal of remote monitoring and control of intelligent feeding machine, which can effectively guarantee the quality of the production of asphalt concrete.
