摘　　要：电网每时每刻都在产生着类型繁多、体量巨大的数据,有效处理并发挥数据的最大价值,是电力信息化建设的主要目的之一。在电力行业,大数据应用已经得到国内外专家学者的广泛关注,但整体来看目前仍然处于初期的尝试阶段,明确何为电力大数据应用具有重要的意义。文章在综述电力大数据国内外应用研究的基础上,阐述了电力大数据的概念,进而结合具体应用场景从技术和价值2个方面提出了判断电力大数据应用的具体准则,为大数据在电力行业中的应用提供有益参考。数据即资产,电力大数据必将为电力工业乃至经济社会的发展提供重要的技术支撑。The power grid is producing a large amount of datawith various types. It is of great significance to effectively dealwith and develop the maximum value of the data,which is one of the main purposes of electric power information construction. In the power industry,big data applications has aroused the attention of domestic and overseas experts and scholars. However,the application of power big data is still in its infancy. It is necessary to identifywhat is the application of power big data. This paper reviews the applications of the power big data at home and abroad,on this basis,illustrates the concept of the power big data. And then combinedwith specific application scenarios,this paper introduces the judgment rule of power big data from the aspects of technology and value,which can provide a useful guidance for the application of power big data in electric power industry. Data is asset,so power big datawill certainly provide an important technical support for the development of the power industry and economic society.
