摘　　要：目的:明确21例(42耳)听性脑干反应(auditory brainstem response,ABR)未引出的低月龄儿的听觉稳态诱发电位(auditory steady state response,ASSR)、40Hz听觉相关电位(40Hz auditory event related potential,40Hz-AERP)的引出率。方法:选取听力复筛未通过、诊断型中耳分析仪1000Hz鼓室声导抗正常、ABR未引出的低月龄婴儿21例(42耳),进一步检测ASSR及40Hz-AERP。结果:ASSR在500、1000、2000、4000 Hz引出率分别为45.29%、61.90%、66.67%、80.95%。40Hz-AERP(500Hz)的引出率为52.38%。结论:ASSR及40Hz-AERP检查可以弥补ABR未引出的低月龄听力损失儿听力评估的不足。Objective：To investigate the hearing information for low months infants failing in auditory brainstem response（ABR）.Methods：Twenty-one infants with totally 42 ears after screen failed,without ABR but normal 1000 Hz probe tone tympanometry results were studied.The evaluations of auditory steady state response（ASSR）and 40 Hz auditory event related potential（40Hz-AERP）in twenty-one infants were tested.Results：The hearing thresholds were elicited by measurement of ASSR in 45.29%,61.90%,66.67%and 80.95% of the children at 500,1000,2000 and 4000 Hz.Prevalence of 40 Hz-AERP at 500 Hz was 52.38%.Conclusion：It is insufficient to evaluate the hearing of infants with ABR only,ASSR combine with 40Hz-AERP may provide additional audiometric information for accurately evaluating the hearing.
