从气机升降探讨旋覆代赭汤治疗反流性食管炎

摘　　要：目前研究已证实,反流性食管炎的发生与机体气机升降失常,尤其是脾胃的气机升降失常密切相关,而旋覆代赭汤整体上具有辛开苦降,恢复中焦升降之职的作用,可以通过组方中的药味升降变化来调节脾胃的气机升降失常。气机升降理论指导中医临床治疗几千年,其成果颇为丰硕。然而,由于其理论文化气息浓厚,内容缺乏客观、规范化的现代科学表达体系,目前仍不能与现代医学互通,基于线粒体能量代谢的脾胃气机升降理论研究及其在其理论指导下的,关于旋覆代赭汤治疗反流性食管炎的作用机理探讨,将为拓宽研究思路,为中医药治疗RE提供突破性理论指导,是中医药治疗RE的重要突破口。Current searches have confirms that the occurrence of reflux esophagitis （RE） is related to the abnorm＇ ascending and descending of qi movement, especially abnormal ascending and descending of stomach and spleen qi. Inula and Hematite De- coction has the effects of aerid opening and bitter downbearing, recovering the ascending and descending function of the middle energizer. With the ascending and descending changes of the drug in composition of the h）rmula, the irregular ascending and de- scending of qi movement can be regulated. The theory of ascending and descending of qi movement has guided the TCM clinical treatment for thousands of years and acilieved rich achievements. However, the theory has probund cultural background and lacks objective and standard expression system of modern science, so it still cannot interflow with modern medicine. Based on the mito- chondria energy metabolism, the theoretical study on the ascending and descending of stomach and spleen qi as well as the mech- anism exploration of Inula and Hematite Decoction for the treatment of RE will broaden the research thoughts and provide a break- through in the theoretical direction for the treatment of RE by TCM.
