浅议《温病条辨》清法治疗甲状腺功能亢进

摘　　要：甲状腺功能亢进病机在于先天禀赋不足,素体亏虚、阴血不足或因脾虚痰郁、水土饮食的影响,导致七情所伤,造成气机郁滞,津液不行,凝聚成痰。因此,应用吴鞠通《温病条辨》中的"清法"思想治疗甲状腺功能亢进就显得尤为重要。不论是清热泻火,清热化痰,还是滋阴清热都是活用"清法"治疗甲亢的具体表现。药物当中,清热药为第一位,主要是清热泻火药。临床上,医师注重的是辨证施治,在运用脏腑经络辨证的基础上,结合甲亢发生发展的不同阶段,以"清法"灵活结合"三焦辨证"的思想共同治疗甲亢,往往会取得良好的疗效。作为一名现代中医师,"清法"治疗甲亢是其中医治疗的重要方法之一,其他譬如活血化瘀、疏肝健脾等法也在临床上有所应用。The pathogenesis of hyperthyroidism lies in insufficiency of natural endowment, insufficiency of yin blood or spleen de- ficiency and phlegm depression, locality and diet, leading to injury of excess seven emotions, stagnation of qi movement and body fluid and finally accumulating into phlegm. Therefore, clearing method in Treatie on Di：ffi＇ren,tiation and Treatment of Epidemic Febrile Disease by Wu Jutong becomes particularly important. Clearing heat and purging fire, clearing heat and resolving phlegm and nourishing yin and clearing heat are the concrete manifestations of clearing method for the treatment of hyperthyroidism. A- mong the drugs, heat-clearing drug,s are the most with effects of clearing heat and purging fire. It can be seen Ihat clearing meth- od is widely applied in climcal practice. According to different stages of the occurrence and development of hyperthyroidism, clearing method can be flexibly combined with the theory, of ＂syndrome differentiation based on triple energizer＂ to treat hyperthy- roidism, which always achieves good therapeutic effects. As a modern TCM practitioner, clearing method is oue of the important therapeutic methods for treating hyperthyroidism, and other methods of activating blood and resolving blood stasis, dispersing liver and strengthening spleen are also applied in clinic.
