壮元饮对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α和超敏C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察壮元饮对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法:选择慢性心力衰竭患者100例,并选择健康志愿者50例为对照组,将慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为西药组和中西医结合组各50例,其中,西药组给予常规西药治疗,中西医结合组在常规西药治疗的基础上加用壮元饮治疗。治疗前后检测两组心力衰竭患者及对照组血浆TNF-α、hs-CRP、心脏彩超。结果:所有心力衰竭组患者TNF-α及hs-CRP水平均显著高于对照组,LVEF水平显著低于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经治疗后,常规西药组和中西医结合组均能改善患者心功能,降低TNF-α及hs-CRP水平,其中中西医结合组明显优于西药组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者血浆TNF-α和hs-CRP水平明显升高,壮元饮能够改善心力衰竭患者TNF-α和hs-CRP水平。Objective： To observe the influence of Zhuangyuan Decoction on TNF-a and hs-CRP in patients with chronic heart fail- ure（CHF）. Methods： One hundred CHF patients were randomly divided into western medicine group and integrated Chinese and western medicine group, and 50 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. Western medicine group was treated with rou- tine western medicine therapy while integrated Chinese and western medicine group were added with Zhuangyuan Decoction. The levels of plasma TNF-a and hs-CRP before and after treatment and the result of echocardiography were detected in three groups ; Results ： The levels of TNF-a and hs-CRP in all CHF group were significantly higher than those in control group, but the level of LVEF was significantly lower than that in control group ; the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. After treatment, western medicine group and integrated Chinese and western medicine group can improve the heart function of patients, decrease the levels of TNF-a and hs-CRP, and integrated Chinese and western medicine group was superior to western medicine group, with statistical significance（P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： In patients with chronic heat failure The levels of plasma TNF-a and hs- CRP are significantly improved, and Zhuangyuan Decoction can improve the levels of TNFa and hs-CRP in CHF patients.
