耳穴埋豆联合PDCA循环健康教育对老年白内障手术患者生活质量的影响  

Influence of Auricular Acupoints Pressing with Seeds Combined with PDCA Circulatory Health Education on the Life Quality of Seniors with Cataract Surgery

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴埋豆联合PDCA循环健康教育对老年白内障手术患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择2014年7月—2015年4月本院收治的老年白内障患者50例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组25例。所有患者均在局麻下行超声乳化术联合人工晶体植入术。对照组给予常规健康教育,研究组给予耳穴埋豆联合PDCA循环健康教育。结果:研究组干预后SAS评分、SDS评分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后PSQI评分优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后远视力、调节能力、读及精细功能能力、日常生活能力评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆联合PDCA循环健康教育能有效改善老年白内障手术患者的生活质量。Objeetive： To observe the influence of auricular aeupoints pressing with seeds combined with PDCA circulatory health education on the life quality of seniors with cataract surgery. Methods： Totally 50 patients with cataract surgery, between July 2014 and April 2015 were randomized into control group and research group, 25 cases in each group. All patients were conducted phacoenmlsification and intraneular lens implantatinn. Control group received routine health education while research gruup were performed auricular acupoints pressing with seeds combined with PDCA circulatory health education. Results： The scores of SAS, SDS and PSQI, distant vision, regulation ability, reading and fine function ability and activity of daily living in research group of ter intervention were superior to those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Auricular acupoints pressing with seeds com- bined with PDCA circulatory health education can effectively improve the life quality of seniors with cataract surgery.
