基于文献计量学分析先兆流产的影响因素

摘　　要：目的:通过分析相关文献的发布情况,探讨先兆流产的影响因素。方法:运用文献计量学方法,对中国知网、维普以及万方三大数据库进行题名或关键词检索,检索式为"危险因素+相关因素+影响因素+原因"并且"先兆流产",检索时间为从建库至2015年8月,分别从发表年度、期刊分布、作者机构、核心作者、高频关键词等方面进行分析。结果:纳入先兆流产影响因素研究文献154篇,年发文量总体呈上升趋势,2013年达到最高。133篇期刊论文分布于99种期刊,最早一篇文献刊载于《中国公共卫生》,载文量最多为4篇,分别是《中国妇幼保健》和《中国实用医药》,载文1篇的期刊75种,载文2篇的期刊16种,载文3篇的期刊6种。19篇学位论文中,博士学位论文1篇,硕士学位论文18篇,分别来自14所将学位论文公开发表的大学,其中山东中医药大学最多,为3篇。154篇文献共涉及306位作者,其中发文量最多的作者是来自海南医学院附属医院的金松,累计参与发表文献4篇。高频关键词分析显示"妊娠结局"出现频次最高,共词聚类结果大致分成4类。结论:先兆流产影响因素的研究虽然呈逐年上升趋势,但发文量相对较少,还有待进一步研究。Objective： To explore the influential factors of threatened abortion by analyzing related articles. Method： With method of bibliometrics, the articles from CNKI, VIP and Wanfang Database were analyzed from the aspects of the publication year, jour- nal distribution, authors＇ institutions, core authors and high-frequency keywords. Resuhs： There were 154 articles inc, luded in the research on influential factors of threatened abortion. It showed upwa,＇d trend of the number of publication year by year and reached the highest in 2013. The 133 articles distributed in 99 different periodicals, and the earliest one was published in Chi- nese Journal of Public Health. The periodicals including relevant up to 4 articles are Maternal ＆ Child Health Care of China and China Practical Medicine. There were 75 periodicals includingl relevant article, 16 periodicals including 2 relevant articles and 6 periodicals including 3 relevant articles. Among the 19 academic dissertations, 1 doctoral dissertation and 18 master＇s disserta- tions coming from 14 universities publishing academic dissertations, among which 3 articles were from Shandong University of Chinese Medicine and occupied the most. These 154 articles inwlved 306 authors and Jiu Song from the Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College published the most articles （4 articles）. The most high-frequency keyword was ＂ pregnancy outcome＂ , and the co-word clustering can be generally divided into 4 categories. Conclusion ： Researches on the influential factors ef threat- ened abortion increase year by year, but the number of published articles is relatively low, which needs further research.
