《傅青主女科·种子》固涩药应用浅析

摘　　要：纵观历代医家对治疗不孕症的理论阐述,并无明确指出配伍固涩药的必要性,而探究《傅青主女科·种子》可知,固涩药在治疗女子不孕时配伍使用,多有画龙点睛之效,既可敛摄气血精液,又可调补冲任加强固藏,又不孕症多虚多损,在临床中以相应的补益药佐固涩药同用,可标本兼顾,能收到较好的疗效。《傅青主女科·种子》中十方有三方未运用固涩药:嫉妒不孕之开郁种玉汤、肥胖不孕之加味补中益气汤、腰酸腹胀不孕之升带汤,三方皆为治疗不孕实证,这提示固涩法仅适用于虚证、脱证及久病大病后邪不猖盛的情况,如运用不当就会造成"闭门留寇",其害无穷,不可不慎。Based on the theoretical descriptions on the treatment of infertility from doctors of all dynasties, there is no clear and definite indications of the necessity of the compatibility of astringent drugs. However, the study on the Chapter of SeeL in Fu Qing-zhu＇s Treatise on Gynecolo shows that the compatibility of astringent drugs makes the finishing point in the treatment of in fertility. It can not only astringe qi, blood, essence and body fluid but also regulate and tonify thoroughfare and conception ves- sels and strengthen the consolidation. Since most infertility is due to deficiency and impairment, the combination of tonics with astringent drugs can achieve excellent effects. In the Chapter ofSee, there are only three prescriptions without the application of astringent drugs among the ten prescriptions： Kaiyu Zhongyu Decoction, Supplemented Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction for infertility due to obesity and Shengdai Decoction for infertility with waist sourness and abdominal distension. These three formulas are used to treat infertility of excess syndrome, which indicates that astringent method is merely applicable to defi- ciency syndrome, prostration syndrome and chronic and serious diseases with weak pathogenic factors, lmplper application may induce the remaining of pathogens, so it should be used with carefulness.
