消银颗粒联合复方曲安奈德樟脑乳膏、卡泊三醇软膏治疗血热型银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察消银颗粒联合复方曲安奈德樟脑乳膏、卡泊三醇软膏治疗血热型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年10月—2014年12月本院治疗的血热型银屑病患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予复方曲安奈德乳膏、卡泊三醇软膏治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予消银颗粒口服治疗。结果:治疗组有效率93.33%,对照组有效率75.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后PASI积分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后心烦易怒、瘙痒、口干咽燥及大便评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消银颗粒联合复方曲安奈德樟脑乳膏、卡泊三醇软膏治疗血热型寻常性银屑病疗效确切。Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Xiaoyin Granules combined with Compound Triameinohme Camphor Emul- sifiable Paste and Calcipotriol Ointment on psoriasis of blood heat pattern. Melhods： Totally 120 patients with psoriasis of blood heat pattern treated in this hospital between October 2012 and l）ecember 2014 were randomized into treatment group and control group, 60 cases in each group. Control group were treated with Compound Triamcinolone Camphor Emulsifiable Paste and Calei- potriol Ointment while treatment group were added with Xiaoyin Granules far oral administration. Results： The effective rate was 93.33% in treatment group and 75.00% in control group; treatment group were superior to control group （P 〈0.01）. After treatment, the scos of PASI, in＇itahility, itching, dry mouth and throat and stools in treatment group was superior to that in con- trol group （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion： Xiaoyin Granules combined with Compound Triameinolone Camphor Emulsifiable Paste and Calcipotriol Ointment has definite therapeutic effects on psoriasis of blood heat pattern.
