益气摄血法治疗免疫性血小板减少症概况

摘　　要：中医对免疫性血小板减少症的治疗多从气血相关的理论进行论治,气不摄血证是ITP临床常见的证型,补气摄血法是常用的治法。与西医相比,中医补气摄血的思路更好的抓住了止血这一关键矛盾,将辨病与辨证有机结合,达到标本兼治而副作用小的治疗目的。对ITP的研究,应探索与ITP证候具有特异性的关联性指标,尤其慢性ITP,临床多表现为气不摄血证,应从中医气血相关理论,结合现代免疫学发病机制研究,深入探索ITP气血相关的物质基础以及气不摄血证的形成过程,验证益气摄血治疗ITP的临床疗效,阐明益气摄血治疗ITP的疗效机理,为临床提供更有效的诊疗方案。The trealment of inmmne thrombocytopenia （ITP） mostly from the aspects of qi-blood related theories. Syndrome of failure of qi to control blood is the commonly-seen syndrome of ITP and benefiting qi and controlling blood is the common thera- peutic method. Compared with western medicine, the thought of benefiting qi and controlling blood in TCM better grasps the key point of checking blood, combines disease differentiation and syndrome diffe, rentiation in an organic way, and achieve the thera- peutic objective of simultaneous tatment of the manifestations and root cause of the disease. For the research on ITP, the explo- ration should be centered on relevant indicators of the symptoms and signs of ITP. Especially chronic ITP, the clinical manifesta- lions mainly pertain to syndrome of qi fitiling to control bluod. For this case, the rele,,ant qi-blood related theories in TCM should be combined with the tsearch on the pathogenesis of modem immunolog in order lo deeply explore the material basis related to qi-blood of rFP and the fonnalion process of syndrome of qi failing to control blood, verify the clinical efficacy of the method of benefiting qi and controlling blood on ITP, expound the mechanism of this method in the treatment of ITP and fnally provide more effective clinical diagnostic and treatment scheme.
