硝普钠与新活素治疗难治性心衰的对比分析

摘　　要：目的分析对难治性心衰予以硝普钠与新活素两种治疗效果的对比结果。方法选取本院在2014年7月-2015年7月间所收治的难治性心衰患者80例作为临床对象,随机分成对照组、观察组。对照组予以硝普钠治疗,观察组予以新活素治疗,观察与比较临床疗效。结果观察组的临床症状、指标等的改善明显好于对照组,经统计学分析,存在着P<0.05的显著差异。结论对难治性心衰临床患者予以硝普钠与新活素治疗,都能够对心功能进行显著的改善,将生存质量提升,但是新活素更具有显著的疗效。Objective Analysis on refractory heart failure with sodium nitroprusside and new lives of two contrasting results of treatment. Methods Our hospital between July 2015 and July 2014 of the 80 cases of refractory heart failure treated by as the object of clinical randomized control group, the study group. Control group treated with sodium nitro- prusside and observation group to the new llve treatment, observation and comparison of clinical efficacy. Results Of the clinical symptoms and indicators improved significantly better than the control group and statistical analysis, there is a P0. 05 difference. Conclusions On patients with refractory heart failure with sodium nitroprusside and new live treatment, were able to significantly improve the cardiac function, will improve the quality of life, but the new active element has a significant effect.
