摘　　要：科研在城市社区卫生服务发展中发挥着不可替代的重要作用,可有效促进社区卫生中心管理体系的完善、优秀人才的培养和特色服务的形成.文章总结上海市枫林街道社区卫生服务中心以科研促发展模式的探索实践,阐述科研在促进城市社区卫生服务中心整体发展中的作用及意义,以期为相关社区卫生服务机构提供参考与借鉴.Carrying out researches in urban community health service centers can effectively promote the improvement of management system, the cultivation of talents and the formation of characteristic service, leading to the institutional development.This paper summarizes the role and significance of researches in promoting the overall development of urban community health service center in order to provide reference for the relevant medical institutions based on the experiences in Shanghai Fenglin Community Health Service Center.
