摘  要:本文叙述了一种催化加氢制备间氨基苯磺酸的方法,以间硝基苯磺酸钠为原料,加水溶解,用活性炭煮沸并热过滤,滤液用氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH值为75~85,以Pt-Ru/C为催化剂加氢还原制备间氨基苯磺酸,加氢还原反应以氢压不再变化为终点。反应完毕后过滤出Pt-Ru/C催化剂,催化剂先经乙醇洗涤,再水洗回收。所得的滤液酸析至pH=2,得到白色晶体为目标产物间氨基苯磺酸。回收的催化剂套用50次,转化率和选择性仍可以达到99%。A method for preparingm-aminobenzenesulsulfonic acid by catalytic hydrogenation was given. Sodiumm-nitrobenzene sulfonate was dissolved in water,then boiled with activated carbon and hot filtration. Adjusted the pH value of the filtrate from 7 5 to 8 5 with aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide,and preparedm-aminobenzenesulsulfonic acid by catalytic hydrogenation with Pt-Ru/C catalyst.The end point was judged by hydrogen pressure,which did not change. The Pt-Ru/C catalyst was recovered by filtration,ethanol washing and water washing after the end point. The pH value of the last filtrate was adjusted to 2,then the white crystal was obtained as the target product. The conversion and regioselectivity could reach to 99%,and the catalyst could be used more than 50 times.
