摘  要:通过对严寒地区某公寓室内热环境和围护结构热损耗的测试,研究既有公寓建筑能耗现状和节能降耗策略,并利用Energy Plus分析不同围护结构改造措施对建筑采暖能耗的影响,本文首次提出将石蜡基相变材料用于外墙体抹灰的改良策略中.结果表明:严寒地区既有公寓具有很大的节能潜力,墙体中使用石蜡基相变材料节能效果显著,坡屋面较倒置屋面更节能;并得到适宜该地区的玻璃窗形式,为严寒地区公寓式建筑围护结构的节能改造及设计提供参考依据.The indoor thermal environment and thermal loss of building envelope in an apartment were tested in severe cold region to understand existing apartment buildings' energy behavior and the most efficient energy strategies. Energy Plus was used to analyze the influence of different building envelope renovation measures on building heating energy consumption. It is firstly proposed that the paraffin base phase change material (PCM) is used for the improvement strategy of outer wall plastering. The results indicate that the existing apartment buildings have a great potential for energy saving in severe cold region;The improved PCM wall is more beneficial for energy saving;The slope roof is more energy-efficient than the inverted roof and the suitable windows form in Jilin region. These can provide useful information for energy-saving of existing apartment building envelope in severe cold region.
