低温碳氮共渗的研究

摘　　要：对亚共析钢在不同条件下进行低温碳氮共渗处理 ,通过对其表面硬度、共渗层厚度的测试 ,研究了表面硬度、渗层厚度与温度、时间及含碳量的关系 。Carbon-Nitrogen co-osmosized at the low temperature has been carried in the hypoeutectoid steel in the different conditions.The surface hardness and the thickness of co-osmosized layer have been tested.This paper has studied the relationship between surface hardness and thickness of co-osmosized layer with co-osmosized temperature,time and carbon content,at the same time,We have obtained a good saltbath composition.
