针对性护理对早产儿视网膜病变患儿眼部功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的研究针对性护理对早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)患儿眼部功能指标的影响。方法选取2015年2月~2016年9月我院接受诊治的ROP患儿90例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。所有患儿均进行视网膜光凝术治疗,对照组给予常规护理干预。观察组给予针对性护理干预。比较两组眼部功能指标的改善情况。结果观察组近视、远视及散光发生率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后眼压显著低于治疗前,且观察组治疗后眼压明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组ACD、AOD500以及ACA500水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理应用于ROP患儿效果显著,可有效改善患儿屈光状态、视力、眼压以及ACD、AOD500、ACA500水平。Objective To study the effect of target care on the ocular function indexes of children with retinopathy of premature infant.Methods From February 2015 to September 2016 in our hospital for children with retinopathy of prematurity in the diagnosis and treatment of 90 cases, the numbers were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group.All the patients were treated with retinal photocoagulation treatment, on the basis of the control group was given routine nursing intervention, patients in the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention.The changes were compared between the two groups of ocular function index.Results The observation group＇s the incidence of myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism were, which were significantly lower than the control group of, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The two group after treatment of the intraocular pressure was significantly lower than before treatment, and the observation group after treatment, intraocular pressure was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.ACD, AOD500 and ACA500 of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of targeted nursing care in children with ROP is significant, it can effectively improve the refractive state, visual acuity, intraocular pressure and ACD, AOD500, ACA500 levels.
