复方天麻降压颗粒治疗肝阳上亢型高血压及血压变异性临床观察

摘　　要：目的:复方天麻降压颗粒治疗肝阳上亢型高血压及血压变异性的临床观察。方法:选择60例肝阳上亢型高血压患者作为研究对象。其中治疗组患者30例,给予复方天麻降压颗粒加减及氨氯地平;对照组患者30例,给予氨氯地平。治疗8周后,评价临床有效性和安全性。结果:2组治疗后均较治疗前中医症候积分有显著改善;血压变异性较治疗前均有改善,治疗组改善优于对照组;2组治疗后的NO较治疗前有显著提高,2组治疗后ET较治疗前显著降低;治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组。结论:复方天麻降压颗粒治疗肝阳上亢型高血压及血压变异性的临床疗效满意。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of compound Tianma depressurization granule in the treat- ment of liver-yang excess type hypertension and blood pressure variability. Methods： Sixty patients with hyperactivity of hyperactivity were selected as the subjects. 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with compound Tianma decompression granule and amlodipine. 30 patients in the control group were treated with amlodipine. After 8 weeks of treatment, clinical efficacy and safety were evaluated. Results： After treatment, the scores of TCM syndrome were sig- nificantly improved. Blood pressure variability was improved compared with before treatment, the treatment group im- proved better than the control group. The NO in the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the ET in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment. The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion： Compound Tianma decompression Granule is effective in treat- ing hypertension and blood pressure variability of hyperactivity of liver yang.
