加减血府逐瘀汤合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎复发期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨口服加减血府逐瘀汤+中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎复发期的临床疗效。方法:100例慢性盆腔炎复发期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组予单纯抗生素治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予口服加减血府逐瘀汤合中药灌肠,10d为1个疗程,观察2组疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为96.0%,明显优于单纯抗生素组的82.0%,差异有统计学意义。结论:加减血府逐瘀汤合中药灌肠联合治疗可以明显提高慢性盆腔炎复发期患者的治疗效果。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of oral administration of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation in the relapsing stage. Methods： 100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation in the relapsing stage were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 50 cases. The control group was given pure antibiotic therapy, the treatment group in the control group based on the treatment of oral addition and subtraction Xuefu Zhuyu decoction Chinese medicine enema. 10d was set as a course of treatment to observe the efficacy of the two groups. Results： The effective rate of the treat- ment group was 96.0%, which was significantly better than that of the antibiotic group （82.0%）. The difference was sta- tistically significant. Conclusion： The combination therapy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation in the re- lapsing stage.
