情志护理对类风湿关节炎的疗效影响

摘　　要：目的观察情志护理对蜂疗后类风湿关节炎患者的疗效影响。方法将需要观察的病例随机分为2组,其中治疗组23例,对照组23例,均予蜂针治疗及常规护理。治疗组在蜂疗及常规护理的基础上进行情志护理。观察2组治疗前后疼痛和焦虑的改善情况。结果治疗组满意度为87%;对照组总有效率为61%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,2组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情志护理对减轻类风湿患者的痛苦,缓解焦虑情绪有较好的效果。Objective： To observe the effect of emotional care on patients with rheumatoid arthritis after Bee therapy. Methods： The cases needed to be observed were randomly divided into two groups, including 23 cases in the treatment group and 23 cases in the control group. All the cases were treated with bee needle and routine nursing. The treatment group was subjected to emotional care on the basis of aerial therapy and routine nursing. To observe the improvement of pain and anxiety before and after treatment. Results： The satisfaction rate of the treatment group was 87%; the total effective rate of the control group was 61%, the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Emotional care has a good effect on alleviating the pain of rheumatoid pa- tients and relieving anxiety.
