摘　　要：系统搜索国内外关于胸腺肽、干扰素、集落刺激因子、白介素、匹多莫德、转移因子、细菌制剂、植物多糖及其他免疫调节剂在感染性疾病中的文献,评估其在抗感染治疗中的价值。结果发现,现有的研究证据强度有限,临床中使用免疫增强剂需谨慎。We systematically retrieved related domestic and foreign literatures on immunopotentiators, such as thymopolypeptides, interferons, colony-stimulating factors, interleukin, pidotimod, transfer factor, bacterial preparations, plant polysaccharide and so on, and evaluated their roles. The immunopotentiators used for infections diseases were widely reported and proved effective. Extensive clinical programs are still needed for confirmation. Immunopotentiators should be prescribed cautiously due to lack of sound evidence.
