摘　　要：乡镇政府是我国最基层政权组织 ,本文考察了乡镇政权的起源与变迁 ,分析了乡镇政权的特点 ,并提出了加强乡镇政权建设对国家和社会的稳定 。Country authority is the basic cuthority of China.This paper investigates its origin and development,analyses its characteristics,and puts forward the importance to strengthen the construction of country authority for the national and social stability.Strengthening the construction of country authority has a great realistic significance for nowadays reform in deepening both the political and the economic systems.
