摘　　要：目的:通过探索医联体模式下专科护士的使用与管理,摸索帮扶社区护理服务的做法。方法:选择18名专科护士作为人才资源,通过管理、技术、服务下沉社区,带动社区护理同质化。结果:提高了社区护理人员的临床工作能力,得到了社区患者的信赖。结论:医联体模式下专科护士的使用充分体现了服务连续和资源共享,推动了优质护理资源向基层辐射,带动了医联体社区护理系统健康、快速发展,满足了社区居民的需求。Objective： To integrate and figure out measures to help and support community nursing by exploring the methods of using and managing Clinical Nurse Specialists under the context of medical alliance. Methods： Totally 18 Clinical Nurse Specialists were selected as talent resources to set a good example through aspects of management, expertise and service catering directly to community health, so as to drive the homogenization of community nursing. Results： Clinical work ability of those community nurses has been improved so as to win trust of patients in community. Conclusion： The use of Clinical Nurse Specialists under the context of medical alliance has fully embodied the concept of consistent service and resources sharing, facilitated the promotion of quality nursing resources to grass-level units, and accelerated the healthy and fast development of community nursing system of medical alliance to meet community residents＇ needs.
