摘　　要：目的:引进患者对护士提供灵性照护的需求量表(NSTS),并初步检验其在癌症患者中应用的信效度。方法:对NSTS进行翻译及文化调试,用中文版NSTS对153名癌症住院患者进行调查,对测定结果进行信效度检验。结果:中文版的内容效度CVI值为0.95,因子分析萃取了5个因子,方差累计贡献率为76.8%。量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.79。结论:中文版患者对护士提供灵性照护的需求量表信效度良好,初步探索该量表可在中国的文化背景下对癌症患者的灵性照护需求进行有效测量。Objective： To translate the Nurse Spiritual Therapeutics Scale （NSTS） into Chinese and evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Methods： After translation and cross-cultural adaptation, the Chinese version of NSTS was applied to a sample of 153 hospitalized cancer patients. Exploratory factor analysis was performed for validity test. The internal consistency was evaluated. Results： CVI of Chinese version of NSTS was 0.95. Five factors were extracted with cumulative contribution rate of 76.8%. The Cronbach＇s alpha was 0.79. Conclusion： The Chinese version of NSTS is suggested to be reliable and valid. It is applicable to hospitalized cancer patients in China.
