摘　　要：目的:探索成品输液分箱的有效方法。方法:采用定置管理方法结合色彩管理及医院信息化系统管理对成品输液分箱工作进行优化。结果:应用定置管理方法后,成品输液分箱效率、准确性有显著的提高。结论:成品输液分箱工作中应用定置管理,能有效提高分箱效率及准确性,减少劳动力浪费。Objective： To explore the effective method for infusion distribution in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service （PIVAS）. Methods： Fixed location management, combined with color management and hospital information system management was used to optimize infusion distribution. Results： The efficiency and accuracy of infusion distribution were significantly improved after the application of fixed location management. Conclusion： The application of fixed location management in PIVAS could not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of infusions distribution, but also reduce labor waste.
