摘　　要：制动器作为电梯重要安全装置之一,其可靠性直接影响电梯运行的安全性。通过对天津市最近发生的一起电梯事故进行深入的分析,结果表明产生事故的直接原因是制动器抱闸失效导致电梯轿厢非电动运行移动(溜车)。基于现场勘查及分析,针对类似现象给出若干应对措施和建议,以期为检验人员和日常维护保养人员提供参考。Brake as one of the important safety devices for elevator, it＇s reliability can directly affect the lift operation safety. With the in-depth analysis for a lift accident in our city, the result showed that the direct cause of the accident was brake failure （which lead to non-powered operation running of lift car, namely car slipping）. Some responses and suggestions are given for similar phenomena based on field survey and analysis, which can provide some references for inspectors and daily maintenance personnel.
