610例育龄期女性非意愿妊娠人工流产的临床分析

摘　　要：目的了解育龄期女性非意愿妊娠人工流产相关情况。方法采用问卷调查的方式对610例因非意愿妊娠接受人工流产的育龄期女性进行横断面调查。结果育龄期已婚女性人工流产率占70.49%,大学以下学历人流率占73.77%,无避孕人工流产率27.87%,重复流产发生率为54.92%,因经济压力终止妊娠率占74.59%,认为男方应该接受避孕教育占81.97%。对于年龄≤25岁与>25岁两组比较,婚姻状况、终止妊娠是经济压力原因、流产次数、无痛有无害处及男方是否该接受避孕知识教育存在显著性差异(χ~2值分别为279.15、34.93、33.31、3.90、4.18,均P<0.05);人工流产次数为1次与次数≥2次两组比较,婚姻状况、文化层次、避孕方式、终止妊娠是经济压力原因及男方是否该接受避孕知识教育存在显著差异(χ~2值分别为4.68、14.48、18.62、17.78、7.84,均P<0.05)。结论非意愿妊娠多发生在已婚妇女,重复流产发生率高,有针对性地开展流产后计划生育服务具有重要的意义。Objective To investigate the related situation of induced abortion of women at child-bearing age with unwanted pregnancy.Methods A cross sectional study was conducted among 610 women at child-bearing age who accepted induced abortion because of unwanted pregnancies.Results The abortion rate of married women at child-bearing age was 70.49%,that of university educational women accounted for 73.77%,and that of women without contraception was 27.87%.The rate of recurrent abortion was 54.92%.The rate of terminating pregnancy because of economic pressure was 74.59%.The proportion of women who thought that men should receive contraception education was 85.2%.Comparison between group under 25 years and group over 25 years revealed significant differences in the aspects of marital status,economic pressure,times of terminating pregnancy abortion,painless without harm and whether man received contraceptive education（χ~2value was 279.15,34.93,33.31,3.90 and 4.18,respectively,all P〈0.05）.Comparison between group with one induced abortion and group with two or more induced abortion showed remarkable differences in marital status,educational level,contraceptive way,termination because of economic pressure and whether man received contraceptive education（χ~2value was 4.68,14.48,18.62,17.78 and 7.84,respectively,all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Unwanted pregnancy tends to happen among married women,and recurrent abortion is high.So it is very important to carry out family planning service after induced abortion.
