摘 要:目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤保水剂中镉的方法。方法:用硝酸一盐酸一高氯酸体系进行土壤保水剂样品前处理,对试样分解、灰化及原子化温度进行选择,优化仪器工作参数及石墨炉升温程序。结果:方法检出限为0.00321ag/g,样品加标回收率为97.8%。结论:方法具有分析速度快、灵敏度高、干扰少、操作简便等特点,应用于土壤保水剂中微量镉的测定获得了满意结果。Objective: The method of cadmium determination in soil water retaining agent samples is established by using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric method. Methods: In this paper, soil water retaining agent samples were dealed with using nitric acid - hydrochloric acid -perchloric acid system. The sample decomposition, ashing and atomization temperature, working parameters of the instrument and graphite furnace temperature program were investigated. Results: The limit of quantification is 0.0032gg/g and the recovery rate of cd in soil water retaining agent samples is 97.8%. Conclusion: The method has the characteristics of fast speed, high sensitivity, less interference, simple operation, it is applied to soil water retaining agent samples of cd determination with satisfactory results.
