左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统治疗剖宫产后子宫瘢痕愈合不良所致月经异常的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)治疗剖宫产后子宫瘢痕愈合不良所致月经异常的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2016年1月于惠东县妇幼保健院就诊的以月经量过多为主要表现的子宫瘢痕愈合不良患者72例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组。观察组患者给予LNG-IUS治疗,对照组患者给予去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后月经量、血红蛋白变化及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后6个月,观察组患者的月经量小于对照组、血红蛋白浓度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为88.9%,高于对照组的58.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统药物治疗相比,LNG-IUS对子宫切口瘢痕愈合不良所致月经过患者多疗效显著,值得临床推广和进一步研究。Objective To investigate the clinical effort of levonorgestrel intrauterine system（LNG-IUS）on menoxenia caused by poor uterine scar healing after uterine-incision delivery.Methods Randomly selected 72 patients with poor uterine scar healing accompanied by menorrhagia into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received LNG-IUS application,and the control group was given Marvelon treatment.Compared the amount of menstruation,hemoglobin content and total effective rate between 2 groups.Results After treatment,the amount of menstrual of experimental group was significant less than control group,and hemoglobin content was significant higher than control group（P〈0.05）;The total effective rate of experimental group was 88.9%,while control group was 58.3%,experimental group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion With the standard drug treatment,the LNG-IUS application in treatment of menoxenia caused by poor uterine scar healing has good effort.It is worthy to be spread and research in depth.
