摘  要:采用水中蒸馏法和水上蒸馏法提取了薰衣草精油,通过气相色谱法分析了两种提取方式所得精油的主要成分含量以及它们的主要区别。两种方法相比,水上蒸馏法的得油率相对较高,且所得精油中乙酸薰衣草酯的含量也相对较高。因此通过水上蒸馏法可得到较高品质的薰衣草精油,同时得油率也较高。Essential oils of lavender were obtained by hydrodistillation and steam distillation. Their main chemical components were determined by GC and compared respectively in this study. The results showed the yield of oil by steam distillation was higher than that by hydrodistillation, and also the better extraction efficiency for lavandulyl acetate was achieved. It suggested that the relative high quality essential oil of lavender could be obtained by steam distillation with higher yield of oil.
