农民工体育贫困状况与精准扶贫策略研究——基于城市融入视角的实证分析

摘　　要：减少和消除农民工的体育贫困是精准扶贫的题中之义。以往研究往往简单套用广义贫困概念诠释农民工的体育贫困,忽略了农民工群体的特殊性。该文从农民工的城市融入角度出发,认为农民工的体育贫困包括体育经济贫困、体育适应贫困、体育认同贫困和体育接纳贫困四个维度,并用AF方法进行实证分析,发现:(1)体育经济、体育接纳与体育适应贫困的发生率高于体育认同贫困,农民工最需要解决客观维度的体育贫困问题;(2)农民工体育贫困的发生率、平均剥夺强度和多维贫困指数较高,且代际和地区差异较大;(3)不同指标对不同代际、不同地区农民工多维贫困指数的贡献度存在差异。最后,应以城市融入为基础,结合不同代际和地区农民工的特点进行体育精准扶贫。Reducing and eliminating the sports poverty of migrant workers is the key to the precise poverty alleviation.Previous studies have generally applied the general concept of poverty to explain the sports poverty of migrant workers,ignoring the particularity of the migrant workers.From the perspective of the urban integration of migrant workers,this paper argues that the sports poverty of migrant workers includes four dimensions：sports economic poverty,sports adaption poverty,sports identification poverty and sports acceptation poverty.Empirical analysis with the AF method showed that（1）sports economy,sports acceptation and sports adaptation needed most to be solved;（2）average deprivation intensity and multidimensional poverty index of migrant workers was very high,which had big intergenerational and regional differences;（3）there were differences in the contribution of each index to the multidimensional poverty index among the different generations and regions.Finally,urban integration should be combined with the characteristics of different generations and regionsmigrant workers to carry out precise sports poverty alleviation.
